Who we are
This website is run by DSC Complete Building Solutions, 19 Elmdale Road, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 9AR. We are responsible for any personal information you give us. If you have a question about this policy, email enquiries@dsccbs.co.uk or call 07498 478722.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you phone or email us, we keep your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry or job so that we can reply, quote and carry out the work.
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location. We can't identify you from this.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run the site securely.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to you and to provide our services, which is necessary to take steps towards or carry out a contract with you. We use analytics only with your consent, to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.
We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal, tax and insurance obligations.
Who we share it with
- Google, which provides Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) and the map on our contact page. Google may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Other people only where the law requires it, or where needed to carry out work you've asked us to do.
